About
‘The Mapletones’ have been close friends and work colleagues since their college days! Rehearsals are often as much social events as musical work and we hope that much of this laughter and fun is evident in performance! This homogenous ensemble (the string quartet of the double reed world!) is equally at home playing blues as baroque….all presented in an informal and informative manner.

Thank you to the talented bassoon quartet, ‘The Mapletones’ who performed in Bexley Wing, St James. What a lovely thank you and @LDShospcharity fundraising opportunity organised by a member of the quartet who recently has positive experiences in hospital. Thank you!
